David has been with Campus Crusade for Christ lnternational/Cru since 2000. His initial experience was in campus ministry, both in the U.S. and in Europe. His next assignment led him and his wife, Meg, to help launch Cru's Millennials Ministry in New York City. He then became President and CEO of FamilyLife, which is an organization established by CRU. In July 2024, he became the appointed CEO of CRU. David and Meg have pioneered into missional gaps, collaborated across strategies and partnered with the body of Christ over the years and continue to do so in this broadened role.

Meg grew up at First Evan and has been a member since 1996. Her parents are Kent and Kathie Gieselmann. The Robbins have been FEC missionaries since 2002.
