Orphanos, Ethiopia

Charity was a staff member of FEC, working as the Childcare Coordinator with FEC Kids beginning in September of 2021. She went through Downline’s Emerging Leaders program 2022-2023. Charity felt God calling her to Addis and began working with the Winsteads at International Evangelical Church and Make Your Mark Ministry in August-November of 2023 and became an approved FEC missionary.

Charity returned to Addis Ababa in January of 2024 and continues her ministry there. She serves in the English-speaking Children’s Ministry at International Evangelical Church, creating curriculum and Bible centered teaching for children of all ages, as well as leading the English-speaking VBS every summer. She is also actively discipling and taking Amharic language lessons.

Charity was approved as a FEC Missionary in December of 2023.
