Wednesday, January 2 through Wednesday, March 27 [Wednesdays 12:00-1:00 and Thursdays 7:30-8:30]
This is a FREE 12-week movement workshop designed with the busy individual in mind. Learn six basic movements that you can apply to every training session over the course of 12 weeks. You have the freedom to select a few classes which most interest you, or attend all of them! If you decide to attend each workshop, you only need to attend ONE workshop every 2 weeks!
Why a workshop?
To help you become more confident in your movement and empower you to see what your body is capable of.
Small group (up to 3 individuals per session) workshops are a great way to educate and experiment more people while keeping the quality of instruction high.
You will learn what is commonly known as “basic human movement patterns”
Why movement patterns?
Learning basic patterns makes categorizing exercises and structuring balanced workouts much easier.
The patterns that will be learned are full-body, multi-joint patterns which give you the best “bang-for-your-buck” in terms of time efficiency and strength training the body as a whole unit.
Who is it for?
Men and women of all ages and exercise levels. This will benfit those just beginning their fitness goals while also refining the technique of those with previous experience.
Anyone wanting to learn how to move better and prevent injury while pursuing their fitness goals
Those who have been cleared by their doctor to participate in exercise
If you think you might not be able to participate because of a "bum knee" or injury, email Bryce at firstname.lastname@example.org after clearing it with your doctor to see how we might work around the issue

Specific progressions/regressions relevant to each person depending on ability and desired intensity
Specific mobility exercises that would help progress each person to do the movement more smoothly
Follow-up access to the instructor for troubleshooting and further guidance
2 Weeks of workshops per movement pattern (4 session for each movement over 12 weeks total)
4 opportunities (2x each week) to participate in each movement pattern workshop [Wednesdays and Thursdays]
Only need to attend 1 of these 4 opportunities
If you would like to attend more than one, you are welcome to shadow the other classes but with potentially less focused instruction so those participating for the first time can benefit optimally.
