Giving History

Did you know you can choose to receive your giving statement by email? You can also download your statement at any time from your computer or your phone/device via our app. See the instructions below: Computer | First Evan App

We know digital statements are not for everyone. You can always call the Finance Office (901-682-8452) if you would like us to do this for you, or if you prefer to continue to receive your statements through the USPS mail system, that is fine as well. If receiving your statement by mail is your preference you don’t need to do anything at this time.

How to download your statements from your computer:

1. Click this link on your computer: https://firstevan.tpsdb.com/Person2/0/Statements

2. If you don’t know your username and/or password, you can select the ‘request password’ option. If you have more than one email address, use the one that you receive giving emails from.

3. Once you log in, the link is set up to take you directly to your contribution Statements page.
   

4. On the far right of the Statements page you will see Statement/Envelope Options box.
   

5. To receive your statements by email, Electronic Only (under “Statement/Envelope Options’) should read “True.” If it reads “False,” select the word “False” by clicking on it and it will allow you to change it to “True.”
   

6. On the far left you will see Year (2020, 2019, 2018, etc.). Click the year you desire, and it will pull up a printable contribution statement.

How to download your statements from the “First Evan” app:

1. Make sure you have the new “First Evan” App downloaded (iOS/Apple | Android). Note: If you have the old version that doesn't look like the below, delete it and install the new one.

2. Click this link from your phone/device which will take you to “My Giving”: https://firstevan.app.tpsdb.co/profile/giving OR once on the app, select your profile picture icon. Once you have selected the profile picture icon, select the “Giving"  option under "My Activity."
   

3. If you don’t know your username and/or password, you can select the ‘request password’ option. If you have more than one email address, use the one that you receive giving emails from.

4. On the “My Giving” page you have several options and features:

• At the top you can see your giving history. You can see a Summary or Detail as well as the current year and previous years.
  

• In the top right corner there is a PDF option that will convert to a format that will allow you to download or email that statement to yourself or if needed, your CPA for tax purposes.

• In the bottom right corner there is a button titled “Statement Options.” This is where you can choose to receive your statement electronically by making sure it says “Yes” (green) under Electronic Statements (“No”is the default). Click Save to save your choice.
