Each week we meet for games, worship, teaching, and small group time. Small groups are divided by grade and gender to discuss the message from the evening, build friendships, and pray together. Afterwards, we eat great snacks and hang out. For more information, email students@firstevan.org.

Crossroads Ministry strives to have consistent partnerships with local organizations to provide students with opportunities to give back and to serve others. This is done with the intentions to love and serve our city and the world around us with the love of Christ.  We also believe providing opportunities for students to be a part of something bigger than themselves is extremely valuable. Currently our three partnerships are with Agape North, Operation Broken Silence, and Multi-National Ministries.

Agape North
Agape North

Provides Crossroads with all of our shirts, stickers, and most likely any other memorabilia you see our students wearing. We buy all of this through them and then they provide school uniforms for local and international students. This is a simple and creative way for our ministry to reach a little further with our promotional materials. Our students receive a cool shirt and Agape North provides school uniforms to students in need. For more information on what Agape North does, click here.

Operation Broken Silence

Operation Broken Silence

A local non-profit organization leading a global movement for peace and justice in Sudan through innovative programs. Our students work alongside OBS through fundraising, participating in their yearly Eden's Run 5K, having our own events that raise funds, and any other ways we are able. To learn more about Operation Broken Silence, click here.

Operation Broken Silence: Eden's Run 5K, Saturday, October 21, 9:30 a.m., Shelby Farms Park
This annual family-friendly run and walk event directly benefits OBS's primary-level school in Yida Refugee Camp, where they support 12 Sudanese teachers and nearly 1,000 children every day. Many of the students at the school in Yida have lost or been seperated from their parents due to the war they fled in Sudan. Funds raised through Eden's Run 5K pay Sudanese teachers' salaries and provide school supplies throughout the year.  Your support ensures that these teachers and children continue getting support in the months ahead. Register or donate today here. When you register, click "Join a team" and join "First Evan Memphis."

Multi-National Ministries
Multi-National Ministries, Mondays, Beginning September 11, 4:45–7:30 p.m., Meet in Gym Lobby

A Christian organization that reaches out to the world that has come to Memphis—the refugees and immigrants who need help finding their way, understanding the culture, achieving academic success, and feeling the love of God. Just about every Monday night during the school year, we load up a van full of students and head to MNM for a night of tutoring and evangelism. Bring some money for dinner and we will go eat, serve, and be back around 7:30 p.m. For more information on the work of Multi-National Ministries, click here.

Check out our calendar for events that relate to the above organizations and more!
