Give Your Children the Opportunity to Hide God’s Word in Their Hearts!

Build a firm foundation of God’s Word in their lives through our Awana program on Wednesday night. The Word of God equips each of us to face the doubt and difficulty we encounter in life. Awana is an excellent tool to memorize God’s Word through fun and fellowship. From 6:00–7:30 p.m. (provisions are made for those participants that have parents in ministries ending later than 7:30 p.m.), children will participate in three parts: handbook time (Scripture memorization & recitation), council time (songs, Bible stories, etc.), and game time. Awana used to be known for mountains of homework each week, but that is no longer the case. Instead, it is a time for children to learn on Wednesday nights, and an opportunity for parents to encourage them to memorize Scripture throughout the week or in the car ride to and from church. However you do your family life: on-the-fly or with a lot of structure, this is a doable program. Consider how the Awana program will impact your children.
