Equipping Institute

The apostle Paul reminds the Christians in Ephesus that God has gifted the church with leaders "to equip the saints for the work of ministry" (Eph. 4:12). This is what the Equipping Institute is designed to do. It is a place for the committed follower of Christ to develop the ministry skills necessary to confidently minister to others, both within the church and out in the world. Ideally, after spending a season in the Equipping Institute participants will engage in their family, church, community, and world better equipped to do the work of ministry.

Everything taught will be presented in a manner that is reproducible by the course participant. All instructors are required to present information in a manner that is wholly transferrable. While the majority of courses focus on ministry skill development, some will deal with ministry perspective.
